Order Acceptance
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of, but not limited to, one of the following:

• The product ordered being unavailable from stock or out of production
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
• The identification of a product pricing or product description error
• The identification of a shipping price error

Back Orders
Should your item not be in stock we will place it on back-order - if on back-order please allow between 10 to 28 days for delivery.

While we hold a huge amount of stock it is not possible for us to hold stock of all our 2,000+ products 100% of the time.

If our supplier doesn't have a product in stock, and we have no control over this, then we cannot fulfil any orders for it and accept no responsibility for the delay.
